WWYW Aligns with Investor Goals/ESG
How does your company contribute to healthy, sustainable development while managing risk and opportunities? Today, builders investing in health and wellness strategies have healthier bottom lines and reduce risk by incorporating and prioritizing ESG factors into their decision-making process.
WWYW, through its certification programs and Healthy Living System™ protocols, provides the structure needed for ESG reporting. The lens of an ESG report focuses on taking a holistic view on how sustainability extends beyond environmental issues, including, in particular, a company’s impact on people.
“Wellness within our buildings is in high demand, but the lack of data backed by key organizations leads to poor choices and missed opportunities at the cost of consumers’ health. There is a need for research and data from key stakeholders and government organizations to clearly show the benefits of healthier design and construction practices. This data is crucial to share with the public and could be showcased in ESG Reporting.”
