Join WWYW by walking your way to wellness. During the week of February 24th to March 3rd, track your steps via phone, smart watch, health tracker or any other step-counting device. Email WWYW at [email protected] by Monday, March 3rd with your step number and an image from your step counter to find out if you have become the WWYW 2025 Steps Champion and receive WWYW 2025 Champion Merch, including a WWYW light-weight, attachable and eco-friendly water bottle and more.

Walk for good health. Walking 20 minutes (or 2,400 steps) or more a day is a great way to improve and maintain your overall health. Even short frequent walks can be beneficial. Taking 8,000 brisk steps a day is associated with significant decreases in cardiovascular issues.
