Located in the resort town of Whitefish, Montana, in the northwest region of the Treasure State, it is uniquely positioned to showcase both US and Canadian products throughout. Innovative suppliers and partners will come together with cutting-edge products suitable for this cold climate. With Glacier National Park just 25 miles away, stunning vistas and outdoor adventure abounds.

The 3,100 square feet house and ADU (accessory dwelling unit) was designed with Wellness Within Your Walls® Healthy Living System™. It will be seeking WWYW, 55+ and NGBS certifications. The home was carefully designed and positioned on the .35-acre lot for optimal sun exposure and revels in all of the natural beauty that the Whitefish community has to offer.
